A complete understanding of heterogeneous treatment effects involves characterizing the full conditional distribution of potential outcomes. Trained with a bit-metric objective, the model adapts its fusion to per-receiver reliability, tolerates missing or degraded links, and remains robust when pilots are sparse. A shared per-receiver encoder learns time-frequency structure within each received grid, and a token-wise cross-attention module fuses the receivers to produce soft log-likelihood ratios for a standard channel decoder, without requiring explicit per-receiver channel estimates. This decoding paradigm naturally enables a quality-latency trade-off at inference via the number of refinement this http URL further improve motion token fidelity with residual vector quantization (RVQ) and enhance alignment and controllability with Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO). Unlike GPT-style autoregressive approaches that tokenize motion and decode sequentially, DiMo performs iterative masked token refinement, unifying Text-to-Motion (T2M), Motion-to-Text (M2T), and text-free Motion-to-Motion (M2M) within a single model. We present DiMo, a discrete diffusion-style framework, which extends masked modeling to bidirectional text--motion understanding and generation. The objective of this study is to describe the effect of 1% silane treatment using Triethoxyvynil silane in multiple denture repair of acrylic resin denture base. To do this, deep ecologists want society to give moral weight to the natural world in making political and social decisions. Consequently, for deep ecology it is only with the return to the natural that humankind and the natural world can be saved. To a deep ecologist, the current horrors of capitalism and Western civilization are the by-products of the human disconnection from the natural world, which is typified by anthropocentric thinking (human-centered thinking). The early masters of capitalism imagined not just the Sabbat but magic itself as anticapital. When I tell people I am a prison abolitionist and that I believe in ending all prisons, they often look at me like I rode in on a unicorn sliding down a rainbow. In an era that was beginning to worship reason and to dissociate the human from the corporeal, animals, too, were…reduced to mere brutes, the ultimate ‘Other’” (Federici, 2014, p. 194). The Sabbat also blurs the lines between human and nonhuman. Uprisings against the “enclosures” in England (in 1549, 1607, 1628, 1631), when hundreds of men, women and children, armed with pitch-forks and spades, set about destroying the fences erected around the commons, proclaiming that “from now on we needn’t work anymore.” (Federici, 2014, p. 174) The ELF is an extremely topical and controversial group, yet to date there is very little analysis or understanding of them. While it is true that the tenets of deep ecology are compatible with many of the views of radical environmentalists, in the case of the ELF, it seems that actions are of primary importance, and a philosophical basis for these actions is only a secondary concern. Although some social movement theorists and environmental scholars write that radical environmentalists’ motivation derives from a well-articulated philosophy of deep ecology, this is usually far from the truth. The theory also has strong critiques of capitalism, human overpopulation, materialism, and human overconsumption. Follow up of the first ten patients undergoing CNS embolization in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia That is not to say that people do not care, but most people—myself included—do not think my going to jail for dismantling some apparatus of the machine is going to make much of a dent. We have absolutely no faith in the legal system of the state when it comes to protecting life, as it has repeatedly shown itself to care far more for the protection of commerce and profits than for its people and the natural environment. Possible ethical considerations are heightened by the anticipated FDA approval of these tests for use in primary care settings, where health care professionals may not be as familiar with the critical distinction between detection and diagnosis as specialists are, nor as equipped to accurately convey this to patients as they weigh the benefits and risks of such tests. Advanced practice providers, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, also play key roles in caring for people living with dementia.828, 829 In 2023, more than 385,000 nurse practitioners were licensed in the United States, up from 91,000 in 2010, with 87% prepared in primary care and 15.1% whose primary care preparation was in adult and geriatrics care.830, 831 By contrast, as of 2018, less than 1% of physician assistants were certified in geriatric medical care.828 Therefore, advanced practice providers may be a growing segment of the dementia care workforce, but with key gaps remaining in the specialized capacity of this workforce. The significant ramifications of the COVID‐19 pandemic for people living with dementia and those who care for them continues to raise questions about how we can address these concerns to alleviate caregiver burden/stress in future public health emergencies. Men were also more likely to report psychological distress.768 Together, these findings suggest the need for improved support of long‐term programs that serve community‐residing people with dementia and their caregivers as well as strategies/policies to maintain links between family caregivers and residents of congregate care settings (assisted living, nursing homes) during future public health emergencies.769, 770 Between February 1995 and May 2007, 60 patients underwent adrenalectomy for Cushing's syndrome. A pilot study on prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in USM, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan In a 2022 study by Siegal et al., 49 patients who received Penuma implants found that the mean preoperative and postoperative flaccid girths were 9.3 ± 1.2 and 13.1 ± 1.1 cm. In a recent pilot study of acellular collagen matrix grafts, Xu et al. observed 78 patients treated with prostaglandin E and ADM. At the 3-month follow-up, the mean increase in penile girth was 1.1 cm. Acellular dermal matrix (ADM) can replace autologous tissues, which can reduce secondary trauma to patients, while simultaneously reducing operation difficulty and time. Over a 6-month period, the second study followed 54 patients who received traction therapy 6 hours a day for 4 months. Systems of schooling are reproductions of cultural norms (Bourdieu, 1973, 1974, 1979, 1991; Dewey, 1902; Pedersen, 2010) and have important social functions.Specifically, it supports both positive and negative points to indicate regions that are suitable or unsuitable for insertion, enabling fine-grained spatial control over object locations.Concurrently, we release a massive training dataset comprising 96 million interactions from 160,000 users to facilitate reproducible research.Sensitivity analysis across varying preference window lengths confirms that the proposed DPQ framework consistently achieves higher composite reward than all baseline methods, demonstrating robustness to changes in operating conditions. This holds promise for both gaining scientific insight and for producing inherently interpretable and generalizable models for tabular data.People with dementia often have larger networks of family and friends involved in their care compared with people without dementia. This unified approach allows us to tackle highly relevant weather and climate problems, including probabilistic forecasting, spatial and temporal downscaling, sparse reconstruction and enforcing conservation laws purely with our pre-trained model. To unify this landscape, we introduce WIND, a single pre-trained foundation model capable of replacing specialized baselines across a vast array of tasks. Self-attention performs well on long context tasks but has expensive quadratic compute and linear memory costs, while linear attention and SSMs use only linear compute and constant memory but struggle with long context processing. Using SpecMD, we perform an exhaustive benchmarking of several MoE caching strategies, reproducing and extending prior approaches in controlled settings with realistic constraints. 2. Human acellular dermal matrix Black caregivers of people with dementia are also more likely to provide help with ADLs than White caregivers of people with or without dementia.532, 533 Among Hispanic and non‐White dementia caregivers, support service use (e.g., respite, support groups) was higher in metropolitan (35%) than in non‐metropolitan (15%) communities.534 Close to half of Black and Hispanic individuals with dementia live with adult children (47.1%), compared with less than a quarter of White individuals with dementia (24.6%).530 Although Black individuals have more kin (children, grandchildren, other family members) available as potential caregivers than their White counterparts, Black individuals are also more likely to have more kin with dementia when compared to White individuals.531 Indeed, when compared with White caregivers, Black caregivers are more likely to provide more than 40 hours of care per week (54.3% versus 38.6%) and more likely to care for someone with dementia (31.7% versus 11.9%). Living alone with dementia may be a particular challenge for certain subgroups, such as sexual and gender minority (SGM) individuals, who may experience greater isolation due to social stigma and a diminished social network of available family or friend caregivers.512, 513, 514, 515 Eighty‐three percent of the help provided to older adults in the United States comes from family members, friends or other unpaid caregivers.501 Nearly half of all unpaid caregivers (48%) who provide help to older adults do so for someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia.502 More than 11 million Americans provide unpaid care for people with Alzheimer's or other dementias.A7 Table 9 provides details about unpaid caregivers. This study examined the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and organizational success in the FinTech sector of Rivers State, Nigeria. For the highly data driven finance industry, AI is of intensive interest within pilot projects, still, few AI applications have been implemented so far. More recently, technological breakthroughs, coupled with the fast availability of data, have brought AI closer to commercial use. In parallel, Artificial Intelligence(AI) has become a key enabler of innovation, capable of analyzing large datasets, automating processes, and providing tailored services. While ICRL has shown impressive generalization, safety during this adaptation process remains unexplored, limiting its applicability in real-world deployments where test-time behavior is expected to be safe. In-context reinforcement learning (ICRL) is an emerging RL paradigm where an agent, after pretraining, can adapt to out-of-distribution test tasks without any parameter updates, instead relying on an expanding context of interaction history. Experiments on six out-of-domain SER benchmarks show consistent accuracy improvements over prior TTA baselines, demonstrating the effectiveness of statistical adaptation in aligning model predictions with evolving test distributions. We propose Emo-TTA, a lightweight, training-free adaptation framework that incrementally updates class-conditional statistics via an Expectation-Maximization procedure for explicit test-time distribution estimation, using ALM predictions as priors. I divide this chapter into three sections examining the threat of cultural nihilism as it presents itself to environmental activists engaged in defense of place (specific political, legal, and other actions taken to protect a place that is threatened). The struggles of activists to preserve the integrity of place against a dominant ideology of “nature as resource” can be interpreted as an attempt to generate and affirm human meaning in connection with nonhuman nature. Despite a growing number of voices to the contrary, the dominant culture is still guided by a belief that nature is, above all, a resource for human exploitation. This communiqué introduces the ELF as a unique group that bridges the gap between social and deep ecology.Determining the effectiveness of non‐drug treatments can be difficult because of the large number of unique treatments tested; the diversity of treatment aims (from improved overall quality of life to improvement in specific symptoms); the range of dementia stages in which treatments are tested; the multiple types of dementia that may be present among participants given the pervasiveness of mixed dementia; and the lack of a standard method for carrying out any individual treatment.Political nihilism holds that the political, economic, and social institutions of society are so corrupt that they need to be destroyed.Discretized representations of speech signals are efficient alternatives to continuous features for various speech applications, including automatic speech recognition (ASR) and speech language models. In the dataset LoveDA, this challenge is compounded by an explicit Urban/Rural split with distinct appearance and inconsistent class-frequency statistics across domains.Throughout the 707, multinational, all incident dataset (DB1), and thus all secondary datasets, no ELF attack is reported to have caused any injuries or fatalities to human beings. However, the slow processing speeds and heavy resource consumption of diffusion models hinder their practical application and deployment. Next to the commonly used linear probing paradigm, we also adapt the models using low-rank adaptation (LoRA) of their attention mechanisms. We further fine-tuned a LLaMA model to be an expert model using the augmented dataset, which outperformed GPT-4o in instructional quality. The first stage uses a novel reward-based white-box optimization method, Reinforcement Learning with Projected Gradient Descent (RL-PGD), to jailbreak the target model and elicit harmful native responses. Almost half of the men reported positive impacts of “increased self-confidence” and “increased sexual pleasure” after their procedure. Ginseng enhances sexual performance, improves male fertility through modulating the neuronal and hormonal systems, promotes spermatogenesis, and acts directly on sperms via steroid receptors. Further evaluations are also needed to validate some of the medicinal benefits using modern analytical tools and technology-based analyses. Expression of progesterone receptor (PR) was observed on human sperms, and a strong correlation between PR expression and sperm function has been demonstrated.71 Intriguingly, unlike estrogens, progesterone promotes the capacitated sperm to undergo acrosomal reaction.72,73 In concordance, a handful of in vitro studies have demonstrated an inhibitory action of progesterone on estrogens and vice versa. Estrogen is another hormone with profound effects on sexual function of both male and female. Conclusions This study further supports the role of BLA as an effective treatment option for patients with ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome. Our study assesses the long-term outcome of adrenalectomy in patients with CS. CS is more common among certain high-risk groups, e.g., 2-5% among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control and 0.5-1% among hypertensive patients. Advanced care in the intermediate or intensive care unit was necessary in 27 patients, most frequently in our Cushing's population (16 of 33 48%). Health-related quality of life remained impaired in 45.0% of female and 16.7% of male patients compared with a healthy populat... We present SpeechMapper, a cost-efficient speech-to-LLM-embedding training approach that mitigates overfitting, enabling more robust and generalizable models. Existing hallucination detection methods achieve strong performance when the training and test data come from the same domain, but they suffer from poor cross-domain generalization. Overall, on seven medical benchmarks, DeepMed improves its base model by 9.79\% on average and outperforms larger medical reasoning and DR models. For data, we deploy a multi-hop med-search QA synthesis method supporting the model to apply the DR paradigm in medical contexts. DeepResearch (DR) models ground outputs in verifiable evidence from tools and perform strongly in general domains, but their direct transfer to medical field yields relatively limited gains. A Tale of Two Actions Donofrio, Anthony F (1941) The Relationship Between "Level of Aspiration" and Self-Confidence in Jewish and Italian High School StudentsMoreover, autoregressive models suffer from exposure bias, caused by the training and the generation procedure mismatch, and substantially degrades structure generation quality. In this work, we take an alternative perspective and study missing data from a privacy preservation standpoint. While blood tests for Alzheimer's disease biomarkers are available for use in research settings and some are used in clinical settings to aid diagnosis of individuals with symptoms, at press time none had been approved by the FDA for use in clinical settings.Graph Attention Networks (GATs) have emerged as powerful models for learning expressive representations from such data by adaptively weighting neighboring nodes through attention mechanisms. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved new treatment options that address the underlying biology and slow the decline of memory, thinking and function in a meaningful way for some people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in the early stages. They may become incontinent at times, begin to have problems recognizing loved ones, and start showing personality and behavioral changes, including suspiciousness and agitation. We introduce PaperX, a unified framework that models academic presentation generation as a structural transformation and rendering process. Large language models (LLMs) have rapidly emerged in civil and environmental engineering (CEE) research, education, and practice as a tool for project ideation, execution, and communication. The study offers context-specific information to guide the culturally sensitive design, communication, and deployment of AI mental well-being tools for student populations in China and outlines the design implications around transparency, safeguards, and graduated care pathways. This qualitative study explored perceptions and experiences of AI-CBT chatbots among ten Chinese graduate students recruited through social media. Heidegger’s refigured humanism, like deep ecology and Native American ceremonial practice, comprises an ontological anarchism. Similarly, the caracol, containing “the sounds and silences of the world within it,” marks the spiral path by which the self turns in upon itself but simultaneously draws the external into itself in the gathering spiral. But the sky itself exceeds determination; it is the space within which each entity follows its limits. The spiral lines of the conch, endlessly circling toward itself while gathering the outward and the inward, is linked with the good heart that seeks the same—neither forgetting nor abandoning the other, including, certainly, the gods, or the self. This approach naturally supports selective prediction by allowing models to abstain from ranking cases with overlapping intervals, thereby optimizing the trade-off between abstention rate and discriminative reliability. Using the GraphBFF, we present the first neural scaling laws for general graphs and show that loss decreases predictably as either model capacity or training data scales, depending on which factor is the bottleneck. While foundation models have transformed language and vision via large-scale pretraining and lightweight adaptation, extending this paradigm to general, real-world graphs is challenging. Additionally, the UroFill™ technique involves precise anatomical injections, often in staged treatments, allowing for better control and patient satisfaction. For urologists, this shift toward medically supervised and standardized procedures is a critical advancement. Non-standard materials like silicone and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), though initially promising with high patient satisfaction rates, have shown long-term complications including capsular contraction, tissue erosion, and irreversible damage, rendering some patients genitourinary cripples. The surgery site will also be washed with an alcohol-based antibiotic solution and shaved before surgery to reduce the risk of infection. Penile implants also won't make your penis any larger than it is at the time of surgery. Data-driven discovery methods address this challenge by inferring governing equations from time-series data using a library of functions constructed from the measured variables. Extensive experiments show that GenMRP achieves state-of-the-art performance with high efficiency in both offline and online environments. Finally, considering the implications of government labeling and FBI counterintelligence programs on the future of environmental activism and its prosecution helps to establish a framework for future analysis.Pre-trained models have become indispensable for efficiently building models across a broad spectrum of downstream tasks.Patterns of hospice use for individuals with dementia differ from patterns for individuals without dementia in at least two notable ways. These circumstances include courts and judges carefully monitoring cues from the federal government as to how contentious political controversies are resolved in the legal realm. However, the study results will potentially assist clinicians in their psychological care of men seeking a penile augmentation and help to inform their clinical decision-making.One specific training model is the Alzheimer's and Dementia Care ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) Program, which pairs PCPs with multidisciplinary specialist teams through telementoring to develop PCPs' knowledge and confidence in dementia care. This unified scoring mechanism enables accurate detection and supports gradient-based localization, providing intuitive and explainable visual evidence of anomalous regions.Plaut points out some interesting facts about the Israeli capitalist/socialist nation, although he believes, and so it is true, that Israel is considered the start-up nation. Experimental results on multiple benchmarks validate the effectiveness of our method in improving LLM performance on open-ended tasks. Experimental results across four LRMs and datasets demonstrate that DTS significantly enhances accuracy by 14% and reduces repetitive generation by 8% on average. The first criterion leverages model behavior by prioritizing samples on which the LLM consistently makes mistakes, motivated by the intuition that such samples can expose and correct systematic model weaknesses. In this paper, we study two intuitive criteria for selecting few-shot examples for ICL in the context of code vulnerability detection. Upper and lower spoke profiles were parameterized using high order polynomial representations, enabling the creation of approximately 250 generative designs through PCHIP based geometric variation. Concretely, we extract a robust skeleton and drive rigid motion via linear blend skinning, followed by a hexplane-based refinement for non-rigid deformations, enhancing interpretability and editability. However, existing methods often represent motion as an implicit deformation field, which limits direct control and editability. We demonstrate MILCCI's performance through both synthetic and real-world examples, including voting patterns, online page view trends, and neuronal recordings. MILCCI also learns each component's corresponding temporal trace, which evolves over time within each trial and varies flexibly across trials. As a vital tool for optimizing recruitment processes, reducing labor and time costs, and enhancing core competitiveness, intelligent recruitment management systems have become an indispensable component of modern organizational talent strategies. This paper addresses this gap by proposing a novel decentralized multi-agent coordination-based demand-side management system. These results establish survival analysis as a powerful paradigm for evaluating multi-turn robustness and for designing practical safeguards for conversational AI systems. Finally, we show that a lightweight AFT model can be turned into a turn-level risk monitor that flags most failing conversations several turns before the first inconsistent answer while keeping false alerts modest. Together, T2L framework advance LLM-based vulnerability detection toward deployable, precision diagnostics in open-source software workflows. The hyperparameter analysis reveals consistent and interpretable patterns, with monthly series favoring moderately persistent reservoirs and quarterly series favoring more contractive dynamics. By leveraging shared data from infrastructure, our method significantly improves localization accuracy and robustness in complex, GPS-noisy urban scenarios. This paper presents a cooperative multi-sensor and multi-modal localization approach to address this issue by fusing data from vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) systems. Validated empirically through the training of Hunyuan3D-2.1-Small, HY3D-Bench democratizes access to robust data resources, aiming to catalyze innovation across 3D perception, robotics, and digital content creation. Large language models (LLMs) have emerged as promising tools for translating technical explanations into accessible narratives, yet the integration of agentic AI, where LLMs operate as autonomous agents through iterative refinement, with XAI remains unexplored. Explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) enables data-driven understanding of factor associations with response variables, yet communicating XAI outputs to laypersons remains challenging, hindering trust in AI-based predictions. By prioritizing data diversity and training horizons over mere parameter expansion, DIVER-1 achieves state-of-the-art performance across established benchmarks. As a means of resisting domestication, some green anarchists look to the process of “rewilding.” Rewilding occurs when an individual rejects civilization and attempts to reconnect with the natural world by embracing the lessons and lifestyle of gatherer-hunters and other acivilizational peoples. Domestication, according to John Zerzan (1999), requires “initiation of production, vastly increased divisions of labor, and the completed foundations of social stratification” (p. 77). In order to ensure its own survival, civilization must homogenize and domesticate life on the planet in an attempt to control the wild. Despite their generalized use in the male population for ages, their effectiveness and risks in clinical practice have been poorly discussed in the scientific literature, which prevents more formal recommendations from healthcare societies. In addition, a more recent analysis has suggested that VD use might benefit patients prior to penile implant surgery by increasing penile length and girth, thus facilitating the implantation of a larger device. The use of VD has also been advocated as a tool for penile rehabilitation and ED treatment after RP as it has been shown to be effective in preventing penile shrinkage induced by experimental models of cavernous nerve injury. On the other hand, a more recent analysis demonstrated that only 12% of patients who were treated with external negative pressure device were satisfied with their treatment modality (103). In summary, the use of vibrators is safe, and patients should be informed that introducing a vibrator might increase arousal, pleasure, and orgasmic intensity. J. Gordon Melton and Alysa Hornick put together a volume that will spare future vampire enthusiasts and scholars who are studying this mythical figure and its sociocultural background a long research session at the library. We aim to, through the cultural analysis of how ideas have been transferred from this role-playing game to other media, clearly demonstrate Mark Rein•Hagen’s cultural historical significance. This article evaluates the importance of the TV vampire onscreen in science fiction, gothic, and horror-based cult TV series from the late 1980s to the late 1990s. The 'camera-vampire', particularly outstanding in Arrebato, stands as a tool to capture and observe the effects of vampires, but its cybernetic design involves a feedback-loop system, which often implies vampiric procedures and habits. A total of 35 subjects with diabetes mellitus type 2 who were overweight and without any drug treatment were enrolled in this study. The present study aimed to examine the association between diabetes mellitus type 2 with low density lipoprotein particle size distribution and the influence of apolipoprotein E genotype in altering lipid profile. From this study it appears that the degree of corneal arcus in both males and females aged 30–60 years has a statistically significant relationship with total serum cholesterol and LDL but not HDL. Notably, current experiment designs rely on simplifying assumptions about human decision making in order to derive causal estimates. However, various context-specific details complicate the goal of establishing meaningful experimental evaluations for prediction-based interventions. Automated decision systems (ADS) are broadly deployed to inform and support human decision-making across a wide range of consequential settings. This is due to the fact that a specific type of GNN can efficiently capture multiple cross-effect patterns on networks from data. We mathematically show that our use of GNN is not only beneficial for enhancing the prediction performance, but also relaxing the Independence of Irrelevant Alternatives property without relying on strong assumptions. Her research will focus on the lives of the undesired nonhuman animals in urban spaces, grasping the lively commodities they become in the pest industry, and the biopolitical management of urban ecologies. Dynamic graphs show benign fibro adenoma takes longer time to reach the peak and plateau. The graph on tumour enhancement shows fibroadenomas take longer time to reach the peak whereas an invasive ductal carcinoma reaches the peak and plateau in about 3–4 minutes. The 33 patients ranged in age from 30 – 56 years (mean 46 years). In older children, subarachnoid haemorrhage and focal neurological sign may occur. From the study by Raybaud et al when they reviewed 23 cases, they postulated that the venous sac most probably represents persistence of the embryonic median prosencephalic vein of Markowski, not the vein of Galen per se. At the core of our analysis is a new, exact multi-step error expansion for single-agent SARSA, which is of independent interest. We present a novel theoretical analysis of Federated SARSA (FedSARSA) with linear function approximation and local training. In this paper, we settle the complexity of these variants.More specifically, we prove that the problem of minimizing the objective of total (weighted) flow time plus energy is NP-hard for the cases of (i) unit-weight jobs with arbitrary sizes, and (ii)~arbitrary-weight jobs with unit sizes. Methods to estimate value systems based on human-engineered specifications, e.g. based on value surveys, are limited in scale due to the need for intense human moderation. Without model retraining, we benefit from remarkable 3D reconstruction capacities of MUSt3R model and achieve trajectory and reconstruction performance comparable to traditional methods with more complex architecture. Our approach addresses the scalability bottleneck of foundation models through a simple strategy of sequence segmentation followed by segment alignment and lightweight loop closure optimization. While existing VLMs struggle on FGVQA, when fine-tuned on TWIN they improve by up to 19.3%, without compromising performance on general VQA benchmarks. To quantify these gains, we introduce FGVQA, a benchmark suite of 12,000 queries that repurposes fine-grained recognition and retrieval datasets from multiple domains. This allows us to reshape the pre-trained token-output distribution and investigate how to provide a more favorable exploration space for RL, ultimately enhancing end-to-end reasoning performance. For both partner-based and masturbation activity, pornography is often used as a means of sexual enhancement, arousal, or inspiration in order to explore sexual preferences including sexual orientation or learning new sexual techniques (20–22). Perhaps for reasons like these, the use of sex aids is not well accepted by many individuals, including healthcare professionals, which preclude more generalized use in populations that might benefit from it.
