I was averaging 186 yards carry which makes it an effective 4 iron replacement. The smaller length made it feel like I had to hit it well just to get anything out of it, and any mis-hits seemed to be punished even more than the standard model. If you look at the spin rates, the One Length was producing almost 2000rpm more on average than the standard, and this was partly to blame for so many shots being lost out to the right. My consistency and dispersion were actually worse than with the standard length as the ball didn’t seem to perform aswell into the strong breeze. As usual for the One Length range, it was a 7-iron length and lie. Best For Slow Swingers It made light work of hitting out of first and second cut with the ball still launching and spinning enough to stop on greens. We were honestly blown away with how hot the King Tec hybrid felt off the face and the data gathered by a GCQuad Launch Monitor while using Titleist Pro V1x golf balls backed up our suspicions. The King Tour irons are easy to control and I didn’t feel like I had to find a pea-sized sweet spot every time to achieve maximum results. King Cobra SS Stainless Steel Forged The fact the King F7 fairway comes equipped with 20-gram and 3-gram adjustable weights means that golfers can tailor the ball flight to the situation they will most likely use the club out on the course. There’s also the ultra-lightweight carbon fibre crown which saves discretionary weight up high, to move the CG lower and deeper for higher launch with increased forgiveness, while the PWR Ridge crown designs add rigidity to the lightweight carbon crown structure to promote more energy return to the ball to maximise ball speed. For improved acoustics and feel at impact, the hollow clubhead is injected with an even lighter and softer Expancel Microsphere Foam, which is also used in the King Forged Tec & Tec X irons to absorb vibrations and tune sound and feel. Whether it’s Rickie Fowler's outlandish orange or BrysonDeChambeau just doing what Bryson DeChambeau does, Cobra is a company thatlikes to mix it up a little.I just dont have this as much with the Radspeed range as I do in other manufacturers which really impressed me.The Cobra King Vintage Putter is specifically designed to enhance accuracy and distance control on the greens. Finally, the Flight Window Technology (FWT) tackles ball flight by subtly adjusting the center of gravity (CG) based on the wedge’s loft. They have looks to kill for, excellent feel, and performance that exceeds most similar irons.Design and TechnologyCobra has always been known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to club design, and the King F9 Speedback Driver is no exception. Fangs in the Game What’s more, because the CNC milling is so accurate, it’s possible to add more or less curvature on areas of the face to increase launch, lower spin and increase gear effect, which should help you hit the ball higher, further and more accurately. Whether you're grinding out a score from 100 yards or looking to get up and down with spin to spare, these wedges make every shot feel like it’s in your wheelhouse. Cobra built its name making equipment for club golfers, and the Baffler has everything everyday golfers need – hence it has picked up our gold award. As far as the settings are concerned, when you move the weights around you can set the club three different ways. In this Cobra F7 driver review, we will try to break down both the positives and negatives of this golf club and help you determine if it would be a good fit for your game. As with most things in the golf world, prices for irons can vary considerably. However, with its relaunch, it is now a smaller-framed handgun. You are going to see this club in a load of tour players’ bags in the upcoming Scottish Open and The Open Championship. The real test happened out on the golf course. The data it produced on the Sky Trak+ launch monitor is pretty tasty. I am in the market for a new driving iron. When the Cobra F7 first came to the market, it had all of the latest and greatest feel and distance technology on the market.Potentially one of the most important things about the F7 driver is brand new arccos Cobra Connect technology. In the mid and long irons, the back of the sole is visible at address, which may deter some.I expect to struggle with the short irons because of the longer shafts and pure the long irons because of the shorter shafts.Comes with a lightweight carbon crown and a multi-material PWR-COR weighting system that places weight lower and closer to the face for lower spin while retaining a mid-high launch for maximum distance.Their positioning also helps shift weight away from the center of the head, where it’s unwanted, and toward other sections where it can boost forgiveness. Cobra DS-ADAPT Irons I am a very big fan of Cobra Golf drivers. If you’re looking for a new putter, I would definitely recommend giving the Cobra King Vintage putters a try. It feels great in my hands and I’m putting better than ever with it.” – John Smith, 10 handicap Its design promotes a high level of ball speed and accuracy, making it a reliable option for golfers looking to improve their game. The Cobra King RADSPEED Hybrid features a Radial Weighting Design, which redistributes weight around the clubhead to optimize launch and spin. Utility long irons are making a bit of a comeback on tour as a decent number of the world’s best players either prefer them over hybrids or combine them into a set including a hybrid. Cobra Connect, powered by Arccos, comprises electronically enabled grips that give users the ability to track their performance via a smartphone app. Cobra King F9 Speedback Iron Review - Technical editor Joel Tadman puts the new King F9 Speedback iron through its paces. A generous topline has been combined with minimal offset in a pleasing shape. They introduce some clutch technology by way of their first ever CNC milled face and 360 Aero head in the Cobra King F8+ driver. Combined with the Myfly adjustable hosel, which allows for loft adjustments of +/- 1.5º, will enable players to precisely tune their ideal launch and spin characteristics. Cobra’s adjustable weighting sees two 12g weights in the front of the sole and a 2g weight in the back, but the weights can be switched to encourage different ball flights. It carries over several key pieces of tech from the 2021 King Tec hybrid, including the three movable sole weights (2 x 12g and a 2g), Cobra’s renowned adjustable Myfly hosel (+/-1.5º), the carbon fiber crown and the 17-4 SS body. Put simply, it’s super easy to hit and the adjustability allows you to create the ball flight you desire while also achieving competitive distance. FUTUREFIT33 ADJUSTABLE HOSEL FutureFit33™ features 33 unique loft & lie settings to optimize your ball flight, minimize your miss, and maximize your distance. This forgiving design promotes high launch and added carry distance without adding spin. Featuring a smaller footprint, the TEC Mini provides versatility tailored towards a broad spectrum of players seeking not just distance, but more accuracy and confidence in their driver. The lack of weight adjustability at a premium price is a bit of a drawback, even if it’s the only driver on the market which lets you see inside the head. Now we can’t say that Cobra’s neutral CG added yards to our drives (even though it was well above the average driver carry distance) or drastically improved ball speed but it was incredibly consistent pitching drives repeatedly in the high 10% of each testers longest carry distances. A 16g “Spaceport” weight in the sole allows you to see inside the head, and helps create a neutral CG location to increase launch angle but also lower spin. The 2026 Cobra King Vintage putters are a new line of putters from Cobra that are designed to provide golfers with a classic look and feel with modern technology. In a lightweight, parallel design, these limbs distribute the load over two working areas to reduce vibration, increase performance, and smooth out the draw cycle. A more traditional model, designed with back weighting and a slightly shallower face for easy launch, higher trajectories and maximum forgiveness. The King Tec Hybrid is also a good choice for golfers who want a versatile club that can be used from a variety of lies. The carbon fiber crown is lightweight and helps to lower the center of gravity, which promotes higher launch and more forgiveness. From across the face, there was also a suitable amount of feedback, allowing you to pinpoint where across the striking surface you are making contact with the ball. A metal-wood-like construction yields powerful speed and distance through a hollow body design and a forged ST-118 PWRSHELL face insert with a longer return, internal speed channel and new H.O.T. Face technology. The King TEC Utility irons feature a classic, muscle-back style iron shape that looks superb and sits comfortably at address. As a normal iron set user, we just couldn’t get on with them. The ball comes off of the face really clean and has a nice and smooth roll with most reasonable strokes. This creates a smooth roll on the ball whether you have a descending, ascending, or neutral angle of attack in your putting stroke. The ball still goes relatively ok, you just know you need to clean up the putting stroke a bit. The sound from the Agera was very soft and muted with just enough pop to give you the response you’re looking for. The King 3D Printed Agera’s face feels very forgiving as a result of SIK’s DLT face (more on that later) and the high MOI. Tour Edge Exotics E721 Irons Review: The Pros and Cons I’m impressed with how Cobra finally make a distance iron look, feel and play more like a players iron with that boost of distance. The new Cobra King copper irons are the most beautiful players iron that has some serious distance. These clubs are known for their minimal offset, thinner lines, yet must be at least 1 club longer than “standard” distance. A new category of irons was created a few years ago called players distance irons. After about 600 swings on the range and 20 rounds, I can honestly say that my drives are anywhere from 10 – 20 yards longer with the King LTD than with my G20, and I’ve got to attribute most of that to the low spin. With the King LTD I can immediately see that the flight is a whole different animal – the ball just sort of pummels forward and keeps rolling after it lands. It only takes one half-decent swing to notice the lower spin, the difference is that significant. The Cobra King Forged Tec irons are a great choice for golfers who are looking for a performance-oriented set of irons with a traditional look. The 2026 Cobra King Forged Tec irons are a great choice for golfers who want a blend of distance, forgiveness, and feel. But while the challenge with woods is how to free up mass to let you position it more efficiently, the challenge with irons is much more about creating a head shape that a majority of golfers want to use, and then working out how to improve its looks while also improving forgiveness. Overall, the Cobra Speedzone irons are a great option for golfers looking for distance and forgiveness. The TaylorMade SIM Max irons are designed for golfers who want a combination of distance, forgiveness, and feel. The Cobra King Radspeed hybrid is priced competitively compared to other hybrids in its class. When considering purchasing the Cobra King Radspeed hybrid, there are a few factors to keep in mind to ensure you get the most value out of your investment. If you are looking for a hybrid that is forgiving and easy to hit, the F9 Speedback hybrids may be a better choice for you. Smaller than the M617 and GP100 guns, it’s larger than the J-frame .22s from S&W and the Ruger LCR. Absolutely a set that must be hit before buying, just to make sure you can flight shots properly from the super strong lofts. But instead think very seriously before taking our test pro’s data (below) as being representative of what will happen with the LTDx in your hands. The King LTDx was the longest Mid-Handicap iron we tested in 2022 so we’d love to come out all guns blazing like a top vlogger and declare this is the Mid-Handicap iron to beat this year. There’s better news if you’re a fan of Cobra’s Bryson DeChambeau-inspired One Length clubs. If you prefer the look of a players iron but can't bring yourself to sacrifice the forgiveness on offer from a slightly chunkier club head, we might just have the club for you.You can also use the Cobra Connect app to track your progress over time and compare your stats to other golfers. The KING Tec Utility is injected with a lightweight Expancel Microsphere Foam to absorb vibration while fine-tuning sound and feel. The PWRSHELL face and H.O.T Face Technology are advertised to boost speed and distance, particularly on mishits. It really is huge though which will put a lot of golfers off straight away, but also intrigue some golfers too. They offer a lot of performance and features that are typically found in more expensive irons.Adjusting the MyFly hosel through the same range of 9Ã to 12Ã also varied the performance a little but not in a linear way for me.We’re absolutely not saying One Length irons don’t have their place, if you love the concept and hit the irons more consistently than a standard-length set fill your boots. As well as a thinner and stronger forged 4140 stainless steel face for increased ball speed, a carbon fibre medallion dampens vibration to provide a softer, solid feel.A single 10g sole weight can be adjusted in either model by up to +15g, to increase the head weight up to +30g (additional weights sold separately). I really like that Cobra have kept the back of the club simple and understated. There’s still plenty of feedback from off-centre strikes, but centre strikes feel soft with the centred CoG. Find out in our Cobra King CB iron review. Stuart Bell provides insightful analysis of the latest golf equipment and reviews golf gear for GolfReviewsGuide.com. The CB and MB models are available in 3-iron (21 degrees) to Gap Wedge (50 degrees). You can see the weights on the sole which are positioned back and towards the heel, to increase both the height and the draw-bias of your shots.“Because this mini driver was months of testing, there is no difference between what’s being sold at retail and what’s being played on tour,” Mirafor said.I think it’s a shame there is only 1 stock shaft option for players, as this is a top-of-the-range club.If you want a compact players iron with great distance control and at a great price, then consider the Callaway X Forged irons. To get this for free with your irons is a huge value add.Sam heads up any content around fairway woods, hybrids, wedges, putters, golf balls and Tour gear.Sam graduated from Webber International University in 2017 with a BSc Marketing Management degree while playing collegiate golf. The feel is fantastic and the stability offered reminded me of a Ping driver, while the speed off the face was more reminiscent of a new TaylorMade.Where I felt the King F8+ separated itself from previous generations in regards to feel was in the mishits. This iron is aimed at mid-handicap golfers looking for distance and stability with a modern look. The black finish looked great and combined with solid performance, the long irons gave higher launch and greater speed, whereas the short irons gave extra control and accuracy. Here I’ll be reviewing the Cobra KING F6 irons, intended to deliver forgiveness, feel and control through a progressive design construction and in a classic head profile. The 7-iron is fairly strong at 29.5° and testing on the Foresight Sports GCQuad launch monitor, we didn’t quite get the returns in ball speed and distance we were hoping for. This is Cobra’s foray into the compact, hollow distance iron category, aimed at golfers that want an iron that looks like a blade but has the firepower and forgiveness of a game-improvement iron. This makes it a better choice for golfers who want the most precise iron possible. This makes it a better choice for golfers who want a little more forgiveness on off-center hits. Quick Hits+Fast face+Low spin+Adjustable weight and hosel+Nice sound+Good forgiveness The KBS $-Taper 120 was a new shaft for me, but they feel like a super smooth DG S300. The KBS $-Taper Shafts have them coming in at D2 but they feel overall balanced throughout the swing. This new tweak makes them better for Rickie and better for the amateur golfer. I really like this breakdown since I consider my 7-iron a short iron for control shots. The head size is 55 square inches, which is smaller than the Widesport, but still larger than a traditional blade putter. The King Vintage Stingray is a mallet-style putter with a triangular head shape. If you’re a golfer with a straight back and straight through putting stroke, I would definitely recommend giving the King Vintage Widesport a try. The weight system consists of two 10g weights that can be moved to the heel, toe, or back of the putter. This is great for players who want to adjust the swing weight of their club or who want to add more weight to the head for a more powerful swing. The polymer insert on the face also helps to improve ball speed and forgiveness on off-center hits. This technology allows for a more precise face thickness and curvature, resulting in better ball speed and distance. The crown is also designed to be aerodynamic, which helps to reduce drag and increase clubhead speed. The King F8+ driver also features a carbon fiber crown, which helps to reduce weight and increase forgiveness. It’s slightly longer (0.63” overall) and heavier (about 2 ounces), but definitely belongs in the same size and weight class. Some shot closer to point of aim than others at various distances, but they were all pretty close, across the course. I didn’t experience any issues with the ejector rod sticking in after smacking it, as Justin and others have reported after extended use. One could speculate that I simply wasn’t used to the stacking trigger on the Colts, and that’s why I had the problem with the Night Cobra, but I don’t think that’s it. RevolverGuy Dean Caputo once observed that a similar set of grips from another maker made indexing the gun “like trying to aim a lime,” and these felt the same way to me. More distance is undoubtedly one of those outcomes, but it may also be tempting to overswing this devil. The club seems lighter than usual, which could have differing effects on different players. Although 10–20 yards may not seem like much in the context of actual golf, King LTD continues to prove itself. When comparing the Radspeed to the LTDx LS in my testing the numbers were pretty similar, but the spin was a tad lower overall once I removed one knuckle ball shot which was down at 1800rpm. My shots were going twice as far left as the other two LTDx heads too, which is a true indicator that the draw-bias setup in this head was working as it should. I was impressed by the fact that the mis-strike was way up on spin, but the ball speed still stayed up at 1mph above average, which is a big tick for the new H.O.T. Face technology. From my testing on the range, I found that the LTDx LS was the longest of the three drivers, with a superb consistency in the carry distance and a spin rate which hovered around 2900rpm. They have a large head and face shape so that it feels like you can’t miss the ball, and if you miss the centre of the face then the technology is here to help you. We were surprised to see that moving into the Radspeed XB driver seemed to be the best middle ground. On centred hits, you will likely experience longer carries with Radspeed than prior generation Cobra drivers. Our verdict on the new Cobra Radspeed drivers His experience of playing professionally on both the EuroPro Tour and Clutch Pro Tour, alongside his golf retail history, means Sam has extensive knowledge of golf equipment and what works for different types of golfers. On a cold, wet January day, this delivered a level of distance that was hugely impressive. In particular, it was the forgiveness that really impressed. Whilst there was a big gap in carry yardage, the overall distance gain from the new model was minimal (+3 yards). There was definitely plenty of generosity in situations where I didn’t strike the ball perfectly and I could feel it helping me out right away. In terms of the basics, the ball feels pretty soft off of the face. The higher the MOI, the less the club wants to twist, therefore helping keep the ball on its target. The Spaceport immediately draws your attention to the club, then you realize there’s bright orange accents. The King LTD Pro has a similar, if not identical, footprint of the regular King LTD. At address, I would say it sets up just a little more open. This gives players of all swing types an option to play the greatly hyped King LTD driver. With the fully adjustable Ping iCrossover going up directly against the King Tec, it'll be interesting to see how much golfers value adjustability in this type of golf club. This is to be expected in a club in Cobra's King so, if you're used to a more offset cavity back iron, this might be a jump too far. Low strikes still feel powerful, maintain solid spin characteristics and decent distance. While you want the suitable distance gapping at the top of the bag, you also want to make sure this club works well off the tee and off the deck while still being able to easily manipulate ball flight. Updated for the first time in two years, the Cobra King Tec Utility iron aims to be a versatile option for a wide range of golfers at the top of the bag Single-digit handicap players will love how easy it is to bend the ball with these irons. Still, these are cavity back irons so there is some modicum of forgiveness. Still, we were a bit surprised at the launch angles we were achieving with the longer irons. In fact, if you are looking for the most forgiving irons in the new Cobra King iron lineup, those would be the King Forged TEC irons. The feel of the putter itself is quite firm - there is quite a loud, clicky sound off the face - which may not be to everyone’s taste but would certainly compliment a softer feeling golf ball. It provides that classic look and shapes many golfers know and love, including the Anser blade-style of the King Sport 60 model we recently tested, while also having a sharp focus on performance. Don’t get us wrong these are never going to be mass market, long irons of any kind are always going to be a niche market, as their longer length and less loft make them less forgiving and more difficult to flight at mid – slower swing speeds. You’re not only enjoying the performance of a uniquely engineered golf club but you’re also benefiting from an amazing design. The King F8 hybrid is proof that Cobra focuses on helping all golfers, regardless of their handicap level. Weight is distributed to each side of the centre of the club head for increased momentum and forgiveness. Inside on Trackman there was no difference in height and total but on the course the difference in total yardage was Radspeed averaged 8 yards longer. Another consistency in testing was that once again there was a notable height and straightness to the XB compared to the Radspeed. I just dont have this as much with the Radspeed range as I do in other manufacturers which really impressed me. Revisiting the Colt King Cobra Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, the Cobra King Vintage Putter is a reliable and effective tool to have in your golf bag. With its combination of forgiveness, control, and customization options, it provides a well-rounded package that can benefit players of all skill levels. Overall, customers are satisfied with the Cobra King Vintage Putter’s performance and the improvements it has made to their putting. Many have mentioned that the oversize mallet shape provides excellent forgiveness and control, particularly on shorter putts. Customers who have used the Cobra King Vintage Putter have praised its performance and design. The Oversize are a real hark back to the original King Cobra Oversize irons so we reckon if you liked those there’s a pretty good chance you’ll look favourably on the King’s too. If we gave out awards for the biggest butchest head the Oversize would definitely be our winner, it’s literally huge. This iron made it in to our top 10 Super Game Improvement irons of 2018 in our biggest equipment test yet – Top Gear. That said, I did find the extra size in the long irons to be comforting. One thing that surprised me was the small difference between the CB and MB irons. Cobra King LTD Black Driver: The Tech I want my 3-wood to be a position club with a reliable distance for holes where there's a danger in going too far off the tee. The feature, though it may look a little goofy, adds stability while saving discretionary weight to improve ball flight and moment of inertia. However, the face is not deep for the category, so a player who sweeps the ball won't feel uncomfortable coming in off turf. The G10 stocks on the Night Cobra feel good, but the bulbous shape makes it slightly difficult to center the gun in your hand, as there’s no easily-detectable centerline. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to translate that into a performance I was happy with when it came time to actually send lead downrange. It does a nice job of reducing glare as well, making it easier to sight the gun in full sunlight. It’s now more comparable with other players’ distance irons like the Ping i525 and the TaylorMade P790 in terms of overall size. Now into its fourth generation, the range has expanded and been refined to better meet the needs of golfers looking for improved results on their approach shots. Cobra’s King Forged Tec franchise has always firmly sat bang in the middle of the players’ distance irons category. The feel off the face is sensational and visually these irons are hard to fault. Cobra say spin can be cut by 500rpm and ball speed increased by 1mph by positioning the 12g weight in the forward port.It can literally mean the difference between getting home in two on a par 5 and making a two-putt birdie or having to lay back and rely on your short game.Matthew Moore fell in love with golf hitting an old 3-iron around his school playing field imagining rugby posts were flags and long jump pits as bunkers. These are one of the best lightweight steel shafts you can put in irons.A PWR Shell face and tungsten toe weights enlarge the sweet spot for enhanced distance and heel-toe mishit protection. And for some players who struggle with the large 460 cc heads on drivers, the TEC-MD offers a smaller option. The clubhead of the hybrids has also been given a makeover with the face flatter and the profile longer from heel to toe for a more confidence inspiring look over the ball.Like I said above, you can certainly feel the ball shoot off of the face at impact. Every single component of the Cobra King Speedzone driver range is engineered to maximise power output. “With the introduction of PWR-COR and H.O.T FACE technology, our engineers have, yet again, developed innovation that improves CG and MOI while making the face hotter and more forgiving. It utilises 19g of total weight positioned in PWR-COR (14g internal MIM steel weight & 5g external CNC Milled stainless steel weight) and 15g total in the back using 5g of tungsten and a 10g fixed back weight. The LTDx is a true driver unicorn – it is the first driver to achieve zero CGna and a high MOI at 5200. While we have the model in the Draw category, it can also be a super forgiving option, so we tested in that set-up with our test pro. The DLT face insert has four different lofts on the face, which helps to create a smooth and consistent roll regardless of where the ball strikes the face. This makes the putter more forgiving on off-center hits, without sacrificing feel or control. The head size is 60 square inches, which is slightly larger than a traditional blade putter. A construction type that isn’t possible when casting, forging or CNC Milling, and it’s an idea that also improves MOI and forgiveness. That number only takes into account the biggest 10 putter markets globally, but it’s an astonishing figure, particularly when you realise more than 1.9 million putters are sold annually around the globe. These irons have dropped substantially in price since their initial release a few years ago. Currently, the best place to find new and used KING F6 irons in all sorts of configurations at the lowest prices is eBay. I always like to use a variety of different golf balls to get a true sense of the feel and sound off the face because a premium golf ball like a Titleist ProV1 is going to sound and feel a lot different than a soft, low compression golf ball.I'll come on to looks shortly, but the most pleasing performance aspect of the King Tec utility iron is how well I found it performed on low strikes.Ball speeds were pushing 156mph (our typical average at the time was 154mph) with low spin and high launch producing carries in excess of 275 yards on average. The new driver possibly looks a fraction bigger down behind the ball than what we saw last year but in truth, as you can see in the gallery of images below, the differences are minimal at best. The Cobra RADSPEED fairway wood is a great fit for a golfer that wants higher launch while keeping spin low. It’s fair to say none of our testers preferred the F8s rounded head shape over the competition, but that’s completely subjective and doesn’t interfere with how the F8 can put in a serious shift when it comes to raw power. They’re aimed more toward amateur golfers, with their King irons being intended for Tour players and better golfers.Sporting a Narno colour, which to me looks like silver grey, it showcases a more luxurious and trendier design than previous Cobra hybrids. The Cobra King F8+ driver is the lower spinning version of the F8 driver and comes in a more compact 440cc head. The KING F6 iron set, being progressive, has top line thicknesses, offsets and sole widths (and hence forgiveness) that increase as you move from short to long in the set. The total head weight is 370g, but 320g of that mass (that’s 84%) is positioned below the centre of gravity. Thanks to the Face Balanced set-up the SuperNova is a cracking choice for straighter putting strokes. You’ll hear many brands talk about their putter models being high MOI, but very few like talking numbers or setting out how their models compare to the competition. Check out our best golf putters buying guide to help you find the perfect club. “Each face and groove is CNC milled, and we’re chroming the faces – we think your irons should still look good after more than a few rounds.” It crumples and returns, which gives you launch and speed. The 7-iron has 33g of tungsten spread out low and wide, giving you a lot of forgiveness and lowering the CG. “The structure around the perimeter makes is super stable – yes, it’s wider than a traditional Cobra iron – not as wide as a Ping G400 – but that lets us put the CG further back. Interestingly, the CB feels slightly softer on pure shots, though the difference is miniscule. Finally, the looks of this set are further elevated by the shafts. This finish looks cool, reduces glare, and Cobra claims that it’s much more wear-resistant than typical black finishes. What most sets them apart is the Diamonized Black Metal Technology finish. Rickie Fowler is one of the most sought-after endorsers in all of golf. Removing unwanted titanium—50 percent of the head is comprised of carbon fiber—allowed for the addition of a 69-gram internal weight that pushes the center of gravity down and away from the strike to maximize head stability. Whilst these scopes were highly regarded, it’s fair to say that the range needed refreshing, which is exactly what the management of the ‘new’ MTC has done, taking a couple of years to find designers, and the right manufacturers to make scopes to their requirements. As much as I think there is scope for a higher handicapper to enjoy this club, it is worth noting there isn't a lot of offset. With a club like this, I have a particular tendency to hit slightly thin strikes and the King Tec is superb at making sure these shots aren't total write-offs. “These irons are softer than any forged offerings on the market, and like their wedge counterparts, offer better consistency in shaping for more precision shot-making on the course. The set flow beautifully, and really good players will love how there appears to be tiny amounts of offset in the short irons. The new MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) technology story behind how it’s made and why the construction method is better and more consistent will be lost on many, but it surely won’t be long before more irons are produced this way. What Cobra have created in the Tour is a great looking soft feeling players’ iron. This is the F8 iron from last year, with a wide body kit added.Jeremy Ellwood has worked in the golf industry since 1993 and for Golf Monthly since 2002 when he started out as equipment editor.Essentially they milled the most precise face in golf and then cupped it to a titanium frame which is finished with lots of carbon fiber. The LTDx irons are brand new for 2022 and feature all of Cobra’s latest technology. At address, the King Tec hybrid is large - bordering on fairway wood size - which undoubtedly inspires confidence but may look too bulky for some, most likely the better player.I tightened my grip just a bit and began the looooong pull toward setting off the American Eagle .357.The head’s shape is longer and more square-like than the F7 hybrid and the colour has changed to Nardo. The amazing feel off of the face from the King CB irons is down to Cobra’s 5-stage forging process. CB irons users tend to stay in the CB model head for life and tend to be a judgemental bunch who have very specific requirements from their iron. Cobra’s new 5 x forging process has produced irons that feel elite. The face, I tend to push that weight through the ball and usually putt the ball well past the hole, but this one is more balanced. While it does have rear tungsten weights, it also maintains enough weight by the fact that I didn’t have any speed control issues. It creates a consistent roll which means putt after putt the same things happens to your golf ball every roll. This was certainly helped by the SIK Face Technology, which uses descending loft to produce more consistent launch and we’ve found it to be a genuine asset in our testing so far. It is one of three, frankly peculiar mallet shapes where the focus has clearly been mostly placed on performance over visuals, but remember Cobra also has the new Vintage range for those seeking a more traditional look. However, it’s important to consider that not all users may experience the same effects—individual response depends on factors like health status, metabolism, and consistency in consumption. The blend of ingredients is designed to work synergistically, potentially enhancing performance and endurance. However, transparency regarding clinical backing, ingredient sourcing, and third-party testing is something potential buyers may wish to explore further. As with any supplement, individuals should consider consulting with a healthcare provider before making them part of their health regimen, especially when combining them with other supplements or medications. Moreover, the Gummies might stand out due to their unique blend of ingredients, which are specifically chosen to target men’s health needs, potentially leading to improvements in energy, performance, and overall wellness. The Drive Cobra scooter is designated as a Class 3 invalid carriage, which means it has an upper speed limit of 12 mph and is equipped to be driven on roadways as well as pavements and walkways. The RADSPEED has 12g of weight positioned low and forward and a further 7g centrally at the back of the sole. It breeds confidence and gives the impression it’s not going to let you down, whether from the fairway, rough or on a tee. Our thinking hasn’t changed in 2021 (see our 2021 Hybrid Test data here). “The aerodynamic package in the new Aerojet family of driver is our most advanced to date,” said Mike Yagley, Cobra Golf’s vice-president of innovation. Both compact products feature very thin top lines, minimal offset, thinner soles and shorter blade lengths. The distance up-tick is attributable to two-degree stronger lofts than KING CB and MB, which are industry standard. Cobra Golf has been a significant player in the golf industry for several years, and their putters are no exception. This can help you control your distance and accuracy, even on longer putts. This putter is designed to help you get a smooth, even roll on your putts, which can help you control your distance and accuracy. The sightline on the putter head is easy to see and can help you get your alignment just right. If you’re looking for a putter that will help you improve your putting accuracy and consistency, a Cobra King putter is definitely worth considering. The head profile has a streamlined frontal area, raised aft and skirt and a more curved crown with a peak that is moved as far from the clubface as possible. To come up with the head design, Cobra’s R&D team conducted research and testing with some of the fastest golf swings in the world. The KING Tec Utility is injected with a lightweight Expancel Microsphere Foam to absorb vibration while fine-tuning sound and feel. The MAX provide that more than the standard irons in the Cobra set so we can easily see this version of the set becoming a popular buy in 2025. Sole width has also been increased to promote more forgiveness, with a splash of color finding the back of the head to differentiate the two sets. Arguably one of the most user-friendly irons on the market in 2025, the DS-ADAPT MAX impressed us in testing thanks to the smooth turf interaction and confidence-inspiring visual feedback as we stood over the ball. For those looking for a softer ball flight, the MAX version of the DS-ADAPT could be the iron for you as opposed to the standard version of the iron. The result in testing was the feel off the face was livelier than most compact cavity back irons married with a dense, soft feel at impact. I’d say blame the cameraman, but the truth is I still haven’t figured out exactly how to make that pattern show itself… it’s worse than one of those 90’s mall kiosks daring you to see the sailboat. Theoretically the Zero CG should translate to a higher energy transfer and less spin, which in turn equals bombs. If you’ve been following the driver design race at all, you’ll know that this has been one of the white whales for quite some time. Well, two months have passed and I’m here to tell you about my time with the Cobra King LTD driver. Watching the highlights when they first ran back in March, I couldn’t help but notice that the sole of his driver also looked pretty damn sharp. But we reckon if you’re looking for a utility long iron the Kings are well worth your consideration. It offers a slightly longer sight radius compared to the 3-inch version, making it easier to achieve precise shots at longer distances. It feels great, looks sharp and goes far with the ball flight I like. Some golfers love a high pitched ring at impact as every drive sounds like a good one, where others prefer a more muted duller sound as it’s perceived more powerful. The PWR-bridge technology and H.O.T face technology once again provide outstanding ball speed numbers and straight away made this hybrid one of the longest hybrids I have tested this year so far.The MAX features a slightly oversized 460cc profile over the LTDx to provide maximum distance and forgiveness.Lots of golfers are prone to over-drawing hybrids, particularly those with offset, so a nice neutral address position put any of those worries to rest. The placement of the CG and MOI make it easier to launch the ball higher and the spin is reduced. The Cobra F7 golf driver is good, even though the technology is a bit dated. Simply change the golf club using the wrench, and it will be like having a completely new club in your hand. Golf driver adjustability can help players feel as though they have made an excellent investment into their game. Cobra saw the better performance Rickie was getting and decided to offer them to the consumer. I know this review probably comes off super fanboy-ish, but I really do love this driver. I won’t claim the King LTD is a magic bullet for driving woes, but it’s certainly a top performer. The heads may look very similar to the standard F8 but the weighting and shaft lengths are very different. And even better, with COBRA CONNECT, golfers don’t have to just take our word for it. “Now, as more players take note of the benefits provided by a ONE length set, we are excited to deliver the F8 line-up, with cutting-edge iron technologies that work in unison with the one length philosophy to make them even easier to hit and more consistent than before. Improved trajectories were achieved using progressive hosel lengths paired with wider sole widths in the 4-6 irons to lower the CG in the long irons for higher-flying trajectories, and raise the CG in the scoring irons & wedges to promote lower, more controlled trajectories. Our testing confirmed the positive effect the rails have on ball striking, especially when the ball is sitting down in the semi-rough. You have to have a lot of discipline to hold the shaft up your lead arm and keep it there, and Bryson is the King of discipline so it’s no surprise that he’s made it work. Putting like this will take some getting used to, my left shoulder was being pushed up so high that I was in danger of cricking my neck. I’m getting more and more used to seeing these bigger putter heads and I am starting to really see the benefits as it increases stability whilst giving you a bigger hitting area. As the heads are oversized and there’s so much technology packed in there I was half-expecting the opposite. Leaving plenty of space in the middle of the Agera putter head means that this putter looks like a square frame with a large gap in the middle, filled by a single line to help you out with your alignment.
