Despite treatment with antipsychotics such as risperidone, opioid substitution therapies like methadone and antibiotic interventions with ceftriaxone, a significant proportion of METH users experience relapse post‐treatment. Pharmacodynamic results indicate that NBDC has an intervention effect on METH addiction. All included studies were open-label studies conducted in China and published in the Chinese language from 2003 to 2019. To provide more precise evidence to support the use of oral CHM for preventing episodic migraine in adults, this systematic review evaluates the clinical effectiveness and safety of CHM comparing with a first-line medication (flunarizine) in randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
