Most recently, Bhawan served as Vice President of Business Strategy at SplashBI, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. His expertise in translating complex business objectives into actionable strategies enabled SplashBI to expand its market presence significantly. Bhawan’s close collaboration with C-suite executives and his ability to drive double-digit growth through innovative sales strategies have made him a respected leader in the business intelligence space.
During his tenure at SplashBI, Bhawan also spearheaded key initiatives in workforce analytics, helping organizations leverage data for better decision-making and operational efficiency.
