These Sandbox Terms and Conditions (“Sandbox Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Camptra Recon Toolset sandbox environment (“Sandbox”), provided by Camptra Technologies (“Company”, “Camptra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Sandbox Terms are in addition to and incorporate by reference Camptra’s general Terms of Use available at: https://camptratech.com/terms.

By requesting access to, logging into, or using the Sandbox, you acknowledge and agree to these Sandbox Terms.

1. Purpose of the Sandbox

The Sandbox is a non-production, demonstration environment provided solely to allow prospective customers to evaluate certain capabilities of Camptra’s Recon Toolset, including but not limited to:

  • Multiuse Compare (Payroll Period Comparison)
  • 3-Way Compare and related reconciliation modules

The Sandbox is intended to provide a conceptual understanding of how Camptra enhances Oracle Payroll by enabling faster, automated, and highly accurate reconciliation and audit capabilities.

2. Use of Sample Data Only

You agree to use only the sample files and datasets provided by Camptra within the Sandbox.

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

  • Upload real payroll data
  • Upload employee or HR data
  • Upload financial, tax, or benefits data
  • Upload any confidential or regulated information

Sandbox Data Handling:

You acknowledge and agree that any files uploaded into the Sandbox environment may be temporarily stored, processed, and monitored by Camptra for system functionality, security, and support purposes.

Important:

Camptra will not be responsible or liable for any data breach, exposure, loss, or damages resulting from your decision to upload or use real or sensitive data in the Sandbox.

3. No Access Sharing

Access to the Sandbox is:

  • Granted on a limited, non-transferable basis
  • Restricted to the approved user(s)

You agree that you will not:

  • Share login credentials, OTPs, or access links
  • Allow unauthorized users to access the Sandbox
  • Use another user’s credentials

Camptra reserves the right to revoke access for any violation.

4. No Production or Business Use

The Sandbox may not be used for:

  • Live payroll processing
  • Production validation or certification
  • Compliance testing
  • Audit sign-off
  • Any operational business use

This environment is strictly for evaluation and demonstration purposes only.

5. Environment Reset and Data Retention

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Camptra may refresh, reset, or delete the Sandbox environment at any time
  • All uploaded files, outputs, and configurations may be deleted without notice
  • No data persistence, backup, or recovery is guaranteed

You should not rely on the Sandbox for storage, audit trails, or historical records.

6. Access, Availability, and Changes

In alignment with Camptra’s general Terms of Use:

  • Access is provided on a revocable, limited basis
  • Camptra may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sandbox at any time
  • No guarantee is provided regarding uptime, performance, or availability

7. Intellectual Property

All Sandbox components—including:

  • Software
  • Logic and reconciliation methods
  • Reports and outputs
  • UI/UX designs
  • Sample datasets

remain the exclusive property of Camptra.

No rights are granted except for temporary evaluation use.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the solution
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate functionality
  • Use the Sandbox to build competing solutions

8. Security and User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity under your access
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms
  • Maintaining credential confidentiality

The platform uses secure access controls and encrypted communication protocols; however, the Sandbox is not intended for sensitive data processing.

9. Disclaimer

The Sandbox is provided:

  • “AS IS”
  • “AS AVAILABLE”

Camptra makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of outputs
  • Completeness of functionality
  • Fitness for any specific purpose

The Sandbox is intended only to demonstrate potential capabilities, not to validate production outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Camptra shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages arising from Sandbox usage
  • Any data loss or exposure
  • Any decisions made based on Sandbox results

This includes misuse of the Sandbox, including uploading real data contrary to these Terms.

11. Termination of Access

Camptra may suspend or terminate Sandbox access at any time:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For misuse of the environment
  • At its sole discretion

Upon termination, all access and data may be immediately removed.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Requesting Sandbox access
  • Logging into the Sandbox
  • Using any Sandbox functionality

You confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms
  • Agree to comply with all restrictions
  • Accept full responsibility for your usage
