FOUNDER AND CEO
Our co-founder and CEO, Arideep is well known in the Oracle HCM community for his passionate advocacy of Oracle products. He started his career as a technical developer after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Over time he transitioned into a career as a lead solutions architect – today, he brings with him over 20 years of experience in product development, consulting and implementation in Oracle HCM product suite. An entrepreneur at heart, he has influenced thousands with his championing of Oracle HCM as a change driver for businesses large and small.
Soumitra Das
Head Operations, Software Engineering
Soumitra comes with over 25 years of experience as a Software Engineer and worked as Senior Director for CA Technologies (now a BROADCOM company). An Innovator, Experienced leader in managing a team of highly skilled engineers for multiple projects. He built healthcare devices for patients suffering from physiotherapy problems.
